Our Story
Mandiera HealthTech was founded by Jonah M. Mhlanga — a B.Eng (Hons) Electrical & Electronic Engineer with over 25 years of P&L leadership across Africa, including board-level positions at Tyco International (US Fortune 500), Kimberly-Clark, Umicore Autocat (R3 billion precious metals portfolio), Eveready SA (550 staff), and Regenersis/CTDI Africa.
The founding story is deeply personal. Jonah's aunt Winnie — a Senior State Registered Nurse at Mpilo Hospital in Zimbabwe — passed away from cancer she did not detect until it was too late. If a highly trained medical professional could be caught off-guard, the problem was not individual vigilance. It was infrastructure.
Mandiera HealthTech is built on the operational foundation of Vision World SA, which provides existing corporate wellness relationships, healthcare practitioner networks, and medical-aid billing capabilities that competitors starting from zero cannot match.
We combine FDA-cleared screening devices, an AI-powered analytics engine (MedIntelligence™), blockchain health credentials (HealthPass™), and nurse-led mobile screening units (Pink Pulse™) into Africa's first integrated cancer intelligence infrastructure.

Hospital-sector accountant currently on fractional basis. Full CFO appointment post-Series A close. IPO readiness experience required.
